 Retreat terms and conditions:

• Cancellation and Refunds: If you purchase tickets and your plans change you may request a refund prior to April 1st, you will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations after  April 1^st, will not be refunded. Please remember that cabin space is limited, cancelling at the last minute does not allow enough time for someone else to take advantage of the opening.

• All tickets are non-transferable. If you purchase tickets but cannot attend and want to donate your tickets to someone else, please contact the organizers at morriganscallretreat@gmail.com. We often have individuals on a scholarship wait list who cannot afford to attend but would like the opportunity. Due to insurance reasons, we must have the full name and information about anyone attending on file, unknown substitutions are not permitted. If you have questions, please contact us.

Please be aware that the facilities are a rustic, sleep away camp environment that normally hosts children’s summer camp events. Beds in cabins are camp bunk bed style. While the organizers do their best to provide clean and appropriate facilities, it is a camping event. We cannot be held responsible for “nature” and/or the “weather”. Please plan your trip accordingly .

Accessibility: Not all areas of the camp are fully accessible. For details about Camp Cedarcrest and its accessibility please go to the camp website.
