Ruth Doyle hates labels, but is somewhat of an Animist and has called herself Pagan for over 15 years. Her spiritual practice centers around devotional polytheism (with a specific focus on Irish spirituality), connection with the Ancestors, trying not to piss of the Fairies, and striving every day to be a decent human being. Ruth has been a devotee of the Morrigan and the Dagda for many years, and has been an organizer for The Morrigan’s Call retreat for the last 2 – 3 years. She has been active in her local pagan community, holding staff positions in the past for Harvest Gathering and is a former board member of the Connecticut Wiccan and Pagan Network. She is constantly learning and is happiest in any type of natural setting, especially if dogs and small animals are involved.
